Purpose of PositionThe purpose of this position is to have an experienced assistant prosecutor to prosecute felony criminal cases by representing the citizens of Greene County, State of Missouri, in criminal court, under the direction of the Greene County Prosecutor and supervision of the First Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for their assigned unit.Minimum Training and ExperienceRequired to Perform Essential Job Functions Juris Doctor Degree, licensed to practice law in Missouri, and a member of the Missouri Bar Association At least three years of prosecution experience or at the discretion of the Prosecutor any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.Please visit the Greene County website to view a complete job description.
