This position is located in Colorado Springs, CO.ResponsibilitiesFTI is currently looking for a Software Test Automation Engineer to provideautomation test support for the Space Systems Command (SSC), on theEnterprise Ground Services (EGS) Program. This role should understandSoftware Automation Testing, be versed in various automation tools, anddevelop relationships with development partners across the EGS programsupporting the following related tasks:Create Test Automation scripts supporting several applicationsCreate Manual Test Cases to support EGS system integrationResponsible for testing deployment of EGS mission systemsCreate and execute Test Plans for Functional, Integration and RegressionTestingExperience with test automation tools (e.g Ansible, Chef, Puppet,Eggplant, shell scripts)Utilize Jira and Zephyr to support the Software Development Life-CycleCoordinates with project supervisors and business headsResponsible for deployment of vendor-tested mission systems, as well assoftware testing, debugging and resolution of integration issuesProvides continual maintenance of the integration/automation scripts as thesoftware and platform changesCoordinates with project supervisors and business heads and manages allprojects regarding enterprise dataTravel 10%Education/QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or related field required(Master's degree preferred)Experience with Platform as a Service (PAAS)Experience with Virtualization/Containerization of productsLinux/Windows System Administration (LDAP knowledge a plus)Working experience with Configuration ManagementWorking knowledge of Git and other version control systemTop Secret clearance required.
