Overview
Audacy is seeking an organized, detail oriented and outgoing professional to support our Promotions team in promotions, contesting and prize fulfillment in the Great Lakes Region (day to day for Detroit and Cleveland, back up to Buffalo and Rochester, New York). This position will focus heavily on the management and execution of station contesting and promotions within the Detroit and Cleveland markets, ensuring legal and FCC compliance, coordinating with promotion directors and acting as the point of contact for listeners and contest winners. In addition, this position will be asked to occasionally assist on-site with major station events. This position will also act as back up to the Contest Director in Buffalo and Rochester.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Assist with the execution of contesting and promotions on stations in Region on air, online, via text and on site.
Manage prizing and winner fulfillment process
Write and post online material terms for station contests, and work with Regional Promotion Directors on larger station promotions
Work with Promotion Directors and corporate legal department to ensure contest and department compliance including but not limited to posting contest rules, material terms, maintaining contest files, and promotional agreements within company policy
Coordinate with Sales, Programming, and third-party partners on prize and promotion details
Listener relations, such as answering emails, phone calls, following up with winners for prize fulfillment, and collecting/processing necessary paperwork
Work closely with Programming and Creative Departments to ensure stations positioning/branding is reflected in all marketing, imaging, promotions & digital media
Assist with any contesting, social media copy, & graphic design for stations in the region as needed
Assist with recaps for corporate promotional initiatives for the region
Attend sales and/or promotion meetings as well as other station meetings as needed
Maybe asked to attend major station events, as needed, to oversee and assist with set up and visibility

Qualifications
More About You:
First-rate organizational skills are a must to succeed in this position
Experience working in fast paced environment able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and multi-task
Strong computer skills and experience using Google Workspace, MicrosoftR Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Knowledge of promotion software, including but not limited to Vibes (mobile contesting), Aptivada (web contesting and user-generated content engine) and PromoSuite (promotion management software)
Graphics experience a plus (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
Occasional night and weekend work
Qualifications:
Two years' experience executing marketing and promotions campaigns
Minimum 2 year associate degree preferred
A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and if applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance is required.
