Job Summary
As a Regional Overhead Recruiter, you'll be a key player in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for our strategic and overhead operational positions. The Regional Overhead Recruiter's expertise will contribute to our organization's strategic growth.
Core Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand their talent needs.
Develop targeted strategies for regional-level positions.
Engage with industry associations and professional networks.
Represent at industry events and conferences, if needed.
Work closely with HR and business leaders to identify potential successors for critical roles.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future leadership and key operational positions based on attrition and regrettable loss trends.
Anticipate future hiring needs and proactively engage with potential candidates.
Enhance employer brand by promoting our values, culture, and opportunities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Advertise open positions on social networks, particularly LinkedIn, to reach a wider audience.
Craft compelling job postings and engage with potential candidates through social media channels.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging talent markets.
Use data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies.
Track recruitment metrics related to time-to-fill, and quality of hire, among others.
Provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment progress
