As a Field Services Rep you will be supporting the Army through all phases of System Administration and Technical Instruction for our Army customer. Serco supports the Army which provides training and customer service on CAFRS Software for the Army Aviation Program Executive Office (PEO-AVN). You will be part of a SERCO team that works closely with the Army customer to provide System Administration and Technical Instruction for the Centralized Aviation Flight Record System (CAFRS) at Army organizations and facilities worldwide. Visits military units and facilities as scheduled to provide support services.
In this role, you will:
Provide System Administration and Technical Instruction for the Centralized Aviation Flight Record System (CAFRS) at Army organizations and facilities worldwide. Visits military units and facilities as scheduled to provide support services
Work with military and civilian organizations and performs functions to deliver training and system administration support to those organizations both stateside and overseas to include theater of operations
Provide checks on learning and critiques to ensure the training supports professional development
Perform additional tasks in support of design, development, testing, and certification of CAFRS for the Army Aviation Program Executive Office (PEO-AVN)
Perform Help Desk duties as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
An active Secret clearance
High-school Diploma
10 years of Army Aviation Standardization and Training Experience
5 Years advanced knowledge of the CAFRS System
5 years of classroom instructions
Experience in training software programs for military systems
Ability to travel 50%
Additional desired experience and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or similar
Excellent knowledge of Database management, SQL, Microsoft Office Products
Experience in the Spring Framework
Experience with US Army Air Traffic Services Training forms and Records
