Explore theHallmark Benefits Guide Plant Systems Leader The Plant Systems Lead will be located at our Liberty Distribution Center in Liberty, MO. In October 2022 - January 2023, this person will need to travel to the Duluth, MN location for 1-2 weeks per month. The Plant Systems Lead acts as the liaison for the HBC Production Facility and Hallmark IT for systems strategy, development, and maintenance. Develops, plans, and implements the strategic goals for the HBC Production systems and hardware. Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future system requirements to ensure production needs are met and align with LDC policies. Directs, establishes, plans and implements the support needed for HBC computer support services as corporate and plant policies and procedures dictate. Manages the deployment, maintenance, support and upgrade of servers, desktop PC's, hardware, software, operating systems and distributed printers. Directs the activities of a contract employee to achieve the technology and production goals of HBC. Ensures we are following all policies and procedures related to our SOC2 compliance. Assists in the development of new controls as InfoSec and Hallmark IT requirements evolve. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (preferrably in computer technology). Demonstrated problem solving skills. Strong time management, oral and written communication skills.
