Position Description
Serco is seeking a dynamic and passionate Command & Control Ops and Cyber SME to join the team! The Command & Control Ops & Cyber SME will be a full time Serco Agile Staff consultant who will provide a full range of Operational, Command and Control (C2), Intelligence, Surveillance, and Recognizance (ISR), Information Technology (IT) and Cyber expertise and expected to support a wide variety of projects including working for and with a variety of DoD, Federal, and corporate customers. You will interface with customers on a regular basis to develop project requirements, collaborate and work on integrated teams, and to brief, defend, and support project results. Must be comfortable in a challenging, collaborative, multi-tasking, dynamic, high-tempo, deadline-intensive environment with a flexible work schedule supporting multiple customers. You will work in close collaboration with senior government and commercial customers providing consultation, recommendations, and support. You must also have excellent listening as well as oral and written communication skills and be able to collaborate with customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Serve as MDO/Cyber subject matter expert working on project teams with other consultants representing multi-disciplinary skillsets
Employ C2ISR expertise to the benefit of Serco and various clients/customers
Contribute to the development of a variety of technical and concept documents requiring MDO best practices and Cyber content\
Develop customer briefings and support meetings
Support bid and proposal efforts involving C2ISR/IT/Cyber expertise
Conduct systems and mission analysis in support of mission based cyber risk assessments
Contribute to customer engagement and business development efforts
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
An active TS/SCI security clearance
Master's Degree
Fifteen (15) years of experience in developing, planning, integrating, and executing multi domain and cyber operations, IT, CyberSec, Information Assurance, and Information Security policy and programs
Program Management experience in full spectrum Operations and Weapon System project lifecycle management
Program Management experience in Information Technology project lifecycle management
Working knowledge of DoD Acquisition, IT and Cyber policies, instructions, directives, and technical guidance
Familiarity with Charter of the Joint Requirements Council, implementation of the Joint capabilities, and development System duties and responsibilities
Demonstrated knowledge of the Tactics Development process
Familiarity with Chief Information Officer duties and responsibilities
Demonstrated knowledge of the Risk Management Framework
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Ability to work in a highly dynamic, complex, and deadline-intensive environment
Excellent writing and oral communication skills
Familiarity or experience with Enterprise Architectures
Experience with developing and testing Joint security architectures
C4ISR expertise
Even better if you have:
Active-duty military experience or Federal Government service preferred
USAF SOF operational experience preferred
