Accountabilities:

Be the primary point of contact on all equity raising opportunities and client service needs serving Wealth Management Advisors, Direct Institutional LP, and Ultra High Net Worth clients and prospects in your region.

  • Keep current with investment portfolio performanceand business channel knowledge.Serve as primary point of contact for client supportprovidingportfoliodata, market analysis and resolving operationalissues.

  • Conductclient engagement activities to include client presentations, scheduling, preparation of materials and follow up.Maintain thorough records in CRM.

  • Serve as primary internal contact and liaisonfor Advisors, and Investors to the wider Bonaventureenterprise

    Who You Are:

  • Regional VP, Capital Marketsmust have and maintainFINRASeries 7,and Series 63/65or66licensesand clean U4.

  • Bachelor's degreein Economics, finance, business or engineeringpreferred

  • Minimum10years' experiencein thewealth management,asset managementor alternativeasset industry-real estate preferred.

  • Relevant experiencemanaging and strong rolodex and relationships with Wealth Management Advisors, Institutional LP Investors and UHNWclients.

  • Ability to package and deliver information in a client friendly,consultative manner.

  • The ability to work independently without significant, direct supervision and handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize as needed.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce CRM.
