As a Memory Care Program Coordinator for our Kenosha community, you are a key member of an amazing team, enhancing the lives of our residents. By providing consistent and quality care, our caregiving team ensures our residents live meaningful life. Kenosha Brookdale is a 60 bed Memory Care Facility. We are looking for a Memory Care Program Coordinator that is a team player, good communication skills, dependable, and enjoys working with the elderly population.
Early Access to Paycheck with Earned Wage Access is available for Hourly Associates (outside of CA) Part-Time Caregiver/Medication Passer/CNA positions
Hours:
9:00AM-5:00PM or 10:00AM-6:00PM
Every other weekend
MOD rotation

Responsibilities
Our program coordinators plan, coordinate and facilitate a calendar of dementia friendly programs that meet specific needs of each and all residents within the dementia care community.
You will provide person centered life enrichment programs while engaging residents in meaningful and purposeful programs within the Brookdale community enhancing their quality of life.
Collaborates in the education of associates regarding dementia care including how to lead programs on an ongoing basis and identifying interventions to address behavioral expressions.
A Bachelor's Degree in therapeutic recreation, gerontology, education or related field preferred.
