Job Description

Job Summary: At Gunter Construction Company the Project Management Administrator assist the Project Managers with the efficient completion of construction projects by executing a variety of administrative tasks which may include staying in charge of the quick delivery of materials to the construction site, carrying out the estimation of construction costs, strictly following construction plans, and maintaining an up-to-date record of construction supplies.Duties/Responsibilities:General administrative support for company projectsPrepare and coordinate PO's, Subcontracts, and other correspondence as requestedTrack status of all project paperworkVerify all subcontractors have current insurance on fileCall on subcontractors required paperwork for each projectObtaining and filing required municipal permits as directed by Project ManagerObtain business licenses for municipalitiesMaintaining organized filing system for all project documentationSet-up weekly daily logs for superintendents on-lineReserve conference rooms and coordinate client, vendor and/or supplier presentations, meetings and interviews, including set-up and cleanup.Record minutes from Project Manager/team meetings.Answer phones and direct callsOccasionally run errands for the office, running bids, ordering/retrieving lunchAll other duties as assigned
