Apply today!Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Perform all assigned machine shop operations- Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to Machine Shop Department Head or Production Manager- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow prescribed safety procedures- Perform inspection of machined products and document results; complete and maintain paperwork for parts- Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required per the Preventative Maintenance charts- Regularly perform milling, turning, drilling, tapping, de-burring, and sanding tasks- Assist with fabrication, and inspections- Accept and receive frequent supervision and assistance with regard to machine set-upRequirements:- Experience in programming, specifically in Mazatrol and/or EIA programs using CAD/CAM software a plus- CNC background a plus- Able to read measuring devices such as calipers, tape measure, micrometers, Vernier calipers, depth micrometers, ID and OD micrometers- Able to perform but not limited to milling, turning, drilling, taping, deburring, and all bench operations and inspections- Good communication skills, mathematical skills, technical capacity, excellent time management, teamwork orientated, results driven and a positive attitude- Stand, walk, use hands to finger, hand or feel and reach with hands and arms- Frequently lift and/or move items over 50lbs- Good vision
