Position Description
Design, modify, develop, write and implement software programming applications using ECM (Enterprise Content Management) tools including but not limited to Kofax. Support and/or install software applications/operating systems. Work on operational issues and day-to-day application maintenance activities of Document Ingestion and Robotic Process Automation systems. Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Be involved in unit testing of all the enhancements and code changes being implemented. Perform impact analysis, conduct code peer reviews, and monitor application server logs and database query performance. Follow Serco Software Development Lifecycle to ensure 100% compliance with CMMi Level 3 (Capability Maturity Model). Support deployment plans and participate in Operational Readiness Reviews for Major Roadmap Initiatives and System Maintenance Releases. Stay up to date with all the new features rolled out in the document management suite of products and be able to apply the new capabilities in Production Systems. Perform sprint planning and serve as technical lead for the ECM and Robotic Process Automation projects.
Qualifications
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or a related field and five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a related occupation.
