Summary You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst within NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. Responsibilities You will perform and advise in all functions of budget execution. You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management. You will perform detailed analysis of the program?s budget execution. You will develop and maintain execution reports and trackers. You will implement auditable solutions in compliance with Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) guidelines. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must include the performance of the following duties: 1) Identifying, analyzing, and resolving a range of budgetary problems and/or development of alternative solutions; 2) Performing or advising on work in the phases or systems of budget administration; 3) Reviewing and evaluating budget requests; 4) Performing budget execution and reporting execution status in accordance with established policy; and 5) Interpreting and applying laws, regulations, policies, standards, and procedures to ensure adherence to financial regulations and policy.
