Job Description

Summary You will serve as a Secretary in the FLC Pearl Harbor operations department of NAVSUP FLC PEARL HARBOR. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 9.75% will be added to the stated salary. Responsibilities You will provide technical advice and assistance and prepare a variety of recurring and special reports You will use database or spreadsheet applications to enter, revise, sort and retrieve data for reports You will be responsible for department supply, inventory, reconciliation, and ordering materials You will arrange conferences, meetings, and conference room reservation Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following: 1) Research, analyze, collect and consolidate data for use in preparation of reports; 2) review outgoing correspondence for proper format, grammar and typographical accuracy; 3) use various office automation software to create, copy, edit, store, retrieve and print forms, memos and letter; 4) Receive office visitor and screen telephone calls and forward calls to necessary personnel; 5) Maintain calendar of appointments based on knowledge of their commitments and priorities.
