THE ROLE : The Senior/Full Stack Developer(Front-end focus) will be responsible for responsible for designing, developing, and deploying secure, scalable web applications through proper CI/CD process using Azure services. In this role, the incumbent will also facilitate the implementation of technical solutions based on business requirements and identify stakeholder needs for scalable solutions.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Interface with Product team, from Requirements Document, and take on Full Ownership of Solution through QA, Launch, and releases.
Involved in architectural & technical discussions, code reviews, and plans to improve our overall software quality
Plan, design, communicate and implement reliable, scalable and extensible software systems
Evangelize software development best practices and set a high bar for other engineers to meet
Involve in the tactical planning for each release cycle, including planning for configuration management time, branching schedule, documentation time.
Maintain and improve existing cloud-based applications, streamlining efficiency.
Proven ability to write code that is efficient, standard, and well documented.
Establish a collaborative work environment that fosters autonomy and transparency
Ability to communicate effectively
QUALIFICATIONS :
At least 6-8 years of experience as a JavaScript frontend engineer, preferably using AngularJS.
Should also have extensive experience with at least one of Angular/React Frameworks
Proven ability and experience improving frontend architecture and infrastructure for performance, security and stability of the application
Highly skilled in debugging using chrome browser and chrome tools like Workbox and Service Worker
Experience with other front-end technologies like webpack, html, css etc and using npm/yarn for package installs.
Be able to mentor other developers on the team with frontend aspects of the application
Should be knowledgeable about and be able to work with Microsoft.NET based backend services and Microsoft SQL Server
Experience using javascript based task runners like gulp, grunt is a big plus
Experience with Git source control
Experience with cloud technologies is a plus
The estimated salary range at this professional level is $120,000 to $140,000. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
