This person will support customers remotely from one of our on site locations and can be based out of either our Ventura or Goleta Office.
Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
Recommend hardware and software improvements
Track customer issues and resolutions
Responsible for use of company or own vehicle for transportation of company equipment to and from various customer locations.
Education/Qualifications
1 - 5 years' experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Excellent written communication skills are essential to success.
Familiarity with the following hardware/software platforms:
Windows Server Platform
Microsoft Active Directory Platform
Microsoft Active Directory Platform
Microsoft SharePoint Server
VMware / Hyper-V Virtualization Platform
Microsoft Office Applications
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Positive and professional demeanor
