Audacy has a great opportunity to join our Sales Acceleration Team!
The Sales Acceleration Team (SAT) Operations Manager works closely with the SAT Senior Vice President and Directors to achieve local market revenue goals and implement business development initiatives that maximize and grow the company footprint and generate top-line revenue.
This is a remote opportunity, open to applicants in any of our 48 Audacy markets.
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the research and development of market, industry and company profiles,
creating SAT departmental and meeting materials, keeping the team organized, and other strategic
optimization and growth initiatives.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with SVP and Directors in the development and implementation of long-range local marketbusiness strategies and plans.
Be the research -super user- on the team. Use all available resources to collect and evaluate informationthat leads to a better understanding of the consumer and the client's marketing challenges.
Assess and prepare compelling industry research, and market and company profiles with actionableinsights to optimize marketing campaigns.
Landscape and create organizational charts for regional corporate headquarters and multi-market clients.
Create and support the delivery of training delivered by SAT, including Kicking Off Your Week and localmarket sales meetings.
Be the bridge between SAT and the corporate training and development teams with initiatives that affectthe sales organization.
Organize, coordinate and compose department communications, including scheduling, sending remindersand organizing meeting content.
Attend and participate in brainstorm sessions with the Sales Acceleration Team.
Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Excellent verbal, writing, reading, proofreading, and planning skills.
Expert research skills and efficient at finding, reviewing, and monitoring information and summarizing thatdata into reports and presentations.
Ability to create custom PowerPoint presentations and graphics as necessary.
Ability to understand a concept and transform it into workflows, organizational charts, business proceduresand/or communications.
Ability to think in abstract terms, identify key opportunities and apply research to create selling stories.
Resourceful team player, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 5 years minimum experience performing complex analytics and presenting results in a clear,understandable approach, written and verbal.
Computer Skills: Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Zoom, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media platforms.
