Summary You will serve as a Property Systems Specialist in the General Equipment Property Policy and Reporting Branch of CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD. Responsibilities You will Maintain the Navy's Property, Plant and Equipment (PP and E) web page. You will Provide financial process reporting and reliability assistance. You will Develop, recommend, and maintain metrics from data available in property management database and prepares draft metrics reports. You will Assist NAVSUP Headquarters and field activities with personal property database integrity and the generation of reliable, accurate and timely financial management information. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing Property Systems Specialist work requiring an in depth knowledge of laws and regulations, policies, directives, and requirements to apply analytical and evaluative methods and techniques in personal property management, automated inventory processes, financial management, data processing/data retrieval, creation of relevant presentation data, development of metrics and statistical data in order to effectively and efficiently administer the Plant Property and Equipment (PP&E) programs. Examples of specialized experience may include: 1) Provide PP&E website content maintenance support; 2) Administer property management systems security policies and procedures; 3) Provide financial process reporting and reliability assistance; and 4) Participate in developing, recommending, and maintaining metrics from data available in property management databases and prepares draft metric reports.
