Job Title: Team Supervisor

Shift: Evenings/Overnights
Minimum Starting Rate: $17.50/hour
In this position, you'll receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am.

What you will do:
Ensure excellent customer service is being delivered. As manager on duty, respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
Champion established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, and standards.
Coach, motivate, and train associates.
Recognize your associates and celebrate achievements on shifts.
Execute leadership by delegating and prioritizing tasks.
Communicate company roll outs and initiatives, as well as share associate feedback with leaders.
What you will need:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to work 35 - 40 hours per week
Ability to work primarily overnight (3rd shift), including weekends and holidays, based on needs of our 24/7, 365 business
Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail, food service, or fuel environment preferred
