JOB DESCRIPTIONKutak Rock LLP is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of general litigation experience for its Springfield office. An associate in the Kansas City/Springfield litigation department will work with partners, associates, and clients in a busy litigation practice and will be actively involved in the firm's expanding regional and national commercial litigation practice working out of the Springfield Office.The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic, the ability and confidence to work independently, and a commitment to achieving the goals of firm clients. Preference will be given to those with strong academic credentials, law review experience, and/or a demonstrated ability to play a substantive, supportive role in all aspects of complex litigation.All candidates must have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-approved law school in the United States and be currently admitted to practice in Missouri.
