Build the Possibilities. Make an extraordinary impact. Anthem's Chief Experience Office seeks innovative, high-energy problem solvers to work with cross-functional teams as we reimagine the way we deliver exceptional consumer experiences.
The Project Leader supports root cause analytic experts, revolutionizing Anthem's consumer experiences. This role is integral in driving root cause analysis, project management, and facilitation of cross-functional work efforts to reimagine and redesign underlying consumer journeys, processes, and tools.
Primary responsibilities of the Project Leader include, but are no limited to:
Supports strategic initiatives to evolve consumer experience and enhance effectiveness of the enterprise
Applies project management methodologies, tools, and processes to small projects
Performs regular and ad hoc (qualitative and quantitative) analyses
Conducts root cause analysis of data, processes, and issues, identifies, and makes recommendations for improvements, and develops documentation
Synthesizes data and discussions identifying key points and forming conclusions
Communicates progress, issues, and barriers to internal partners
Assists with materials creation and preparation for key executive meetings
Qualifications
Requires a BS/BA degree in a related field; 1-3 years of experience as a member of a project team, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
Prior experience as an Anthem Solutions Analyst intern with Reimagine/CXO strongly preferred
Data analysis and data visualization skills
Ability to synthesize findings into recommendations
Project coordination, including development of project plans, time management, risk management
Excellent written and verbal communications
Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required
Experience with MS Teams, Tableau and Visio preferred
