The Analyst, through emphasis on Food, Beverage and Labor data review and use of Power BI, Caterxpert, Toast, Resy, Craftable and Excel, will be responsible for providing critical support in key operations planning, visibility, and analysis tools to aid business growth, decision-making and achievement of financial commitments across all Business Units. This role reports to the Director of Operations at Abigail Kirsch and is responsible for preparing and analyzing relevant financial, performance and company data on a monthly basis.
Compensation is $30 an hour.
Key Accountabilities:
Assist in the continued development of tools supporting visibility to Operations and support of budget achievement, optimization of Food and Labor costs, inflation and economic impacts, forecasting, operating plans and modeling tools
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, expenses with emphasis on Middle of the Page cost (Food, beverage and Labor)
Liaison between Food and Labor systems and teams, IT and Finance functions (as necessary)
Business Review Scorecard process focus on Abigail Kirsch compliance
Maintain/map current data used in key reports and tools
Process improvement - data structure and processes
Participate in future data and systematic changes/projects
Participate in month end results analysis to support other business review and Food, beverage/Labor deep dive activities
Identify, troubleshoot, communicate issues, and test solutions
Maintain access and settings to data warehouse and process data steps in an administrative support capacity
