We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as our Director of Talent and Leadership Development for a rapidly growing and dynamic real estate investment firm. This position will be responsible for overseeing the creation and strategy of our training and development opportunities to assist in cultivating our next group of leaders. What You'll Do:
Design and build the structure and strategy for creating outstanding leaders within our rapidly growing company .
Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify and implement leadership development programs.
Create and implement team dynamic training utilizing various tools including PI and 360 feedback .
Collaborate with leaders and employees to provide career coaching and development plans to reinforce competencies and address GAPS.
Design and implement training on performance and change management.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 7 years professional experience involving the implementation of learning strategies, programs, and processes with a proven track record of success
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Ability to build relationships and credibility quickly
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible to shifting priorities
Superb communication skills (oral and written)
