Pick/pack/ship product to other departments, other divisions, and customers. These positions could be for 2 nd or 3 rd shift.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalentMaterial Handling/Forklift experienceComputer skills including bar-coding; ability to read and understand technical documents - i.e. engineering drawingsAbility to work 2nd or 3rd shiftCDL desirableTechnical/Vocational Training preferredResponsibilities: To provide quality and timely workmanship on each job performed.Follows all established safety and quality policies and practices.Learn and follow all work instructions.Learn and operate all equipment within the department.Support APS initiatives - Lean ManufacturingRotate responsibilities as needed.Computer program usage - Ability to learn Oracle data base / Altec NavigatorIf you're considering a career with Altec, Inc., there's never been a better time to join us!
