Position Description
If you love high profile and challenging projects supporting the US Navy - Serco has a great opportunity for you! As a Senior Manpower Navy Analyst, you will be supporting the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) Air Warfare Division through all phases of naval aviation manpower resource management in Arlington, VA.
Serco supports the US Navy as a prime for their OPNAV N98 Training and Manpower Support contract. Our team directly supports the OPNAV N98 staff with administrative and manpower/training analytical subject matter experts.
You will be part of a 13-member team that works closely with the customer, on-site at the Pentagon to deliver quality resourcing analysis. The team has been recognized by the Navy and the industry for their outstanding contributions to the contract and program.
In this role you will:
Provide services support to Flag Officer/SES level leadership on strategic manpower related issues such as analyzing requirements and resourcing courses of action, impact of manpower related decisions across the N98 portfolio, and interaction with other OPNAV offices
Develop options for government leadership on manpower related topics such as balancing actions, COA generation, Flag level briefings and presentations, and internal guidance and policy development
Provide analysis on manpower and resource requirements to include PBIS issue development and entry, Intelligent Workbook entries, and costing drills
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
An active DoD Secret clearance
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or similar field
Experience in consulting directly with military customers
Experience in POM development
Manpower analysis experience
Additional desired experience and skills:
Program Budget Information System (PBIS) experience
Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS) experience
