We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Americas Distribution Service and Marketing Division as a Talent Acquisition Associate.

Job Duties:

Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team including generating required letters and documentation for prospective candidates, scheduling interviews, creating job postings etc.

  • Assist in the benchmarking with industry competitors and development of hiring policy documentation.

  • Assist and coordinate the recruiting activities among the assigned Sourcers, Hiring Managers and Recruiters.

  • Prescreen resumes sourced against existing job requisitions at the direction of recruiters.Assist in interview scheduling with the hiring managers or administrative assistants.Schedule interviews with the prospective candidates.

  • Send interview information to candidates and hiring managers.

  • Oversee/coordinate offer letters, contracts roll-out process, background/reference check process, security clearances and other pre-hire/transfer activities.

  • Assist in execution of all pre-hire activities including collection of documents.

  • Support gathering data required to create new hire record and update recruitment applications (Workday) as required to prepare records.

  • Ensure day one paperwork and documentation required for creation of personnel files is collected and forwarded to group responsible for document management.

  • Prepare, track, and report on metrics and measurements to help recruitment leadership for country and region respond.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • At least 1 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or specialist role

  • Experience working with a recruiting ATS or CRM

Top Candidates Will Have:

  • Experience using Workday

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain effective relations with the hiring managers in span of support. Capability to manage multiple internal customers with ease.

  • Client Service Orientation: Should have client service orientation to provide the highest level of client service.

  • Influencing and Negotiation skills: Ability to lead and coordinate efforts for recruiting team(s) assigned to support requisitions in span of support without a solid line reporting relationship.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data, including recruiting metrics.
