Responsible for coordination, reporting and data integrity of all construction projects; new growth and relocations. The Development Specialist (New Growth) is responsible for project coordination from inception to final punch list; tracking, monitoring, forecasting, and maintaining reports to ensure projects remain on schedule and the data is current. Development Specialist (New Growth) will handle business forecasting, inputting of key information to set up projects at the outset, provide critical milestone reporting and work with team, vendors and key stakeholders to handle majority of -back of house- responsibilities. This role is critical to ensuring current year AOP/Budget is achieved, closing out previous year and getting subsequent years pipeline established. This role will play a critical part in period, quarter and yearly forecasting, preparing information, and sharing information with senior management. This role will not be responsible for the daily project management of projects and data entry regarding the same -just process management and data integrity in the System of Record (SOR).
Responsibilities
Monitors, updates, and assists in the coordination of key project schedules and processes to facilitate the execution of AOP/Budget (focus on new growth)
Inputting and forecasting critical project data from inception to final punch list focus on new growth
Partner with the rest of Development Planning for pipeline review and yearly AOP/Budget inputting, provide weekly status updates on key milestones to leadership
Monitors, prepares reports with Reporting Analyst and requests information for vendors and key stakeholders. Role should understand the critical path of Development Lifecycle when reviewing information and requesting updates from stakeholders when data is not accurate or insufficient.
Examines existing processes while checking for accuracy and efficiencies within our process. Leads changes with the Field team by making recommendations, managing configuration changes that improve the overall process and efficiency of internal and exterior team members.
Manages forecasting; daily, weekly reporting on the progress of AOP/Budget and communicates out to department leadership. Partners with Development Planning, Reporting and Forecasting and the EPMO Teams to ensure tracking and allocation of the capital budget within Inspire EPMO.
Education and Experience Qualifications
4 Year Degree
Minimum 5 Years Experience in a similar role
