You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team. We have (3) restaurants located in Joplin, MO and we are anxious to hear from you about joining our management team! Pay range of $35,000 annual salary up to $60,000 annual salary. We are hiring management staff at our (3) restaurants located at: 812 S. Rangeline Road, Joplin, MO 64801 1810 S. Main Street, Joplin, MO 64804 1641 W. 7th Street, Joplin, MO 64801 Responsibilities: i Supervise team of retail sales workers i Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency i Train and evaluate employees i Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting i Resolve escalated customer complaints Qualifications: i Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields i Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment i Excellent written and communication skills i Strong leadership qualities We need a detail-oriented leader that is ready for a high-level management position with experience in the restaurant/fast food industry.
