Job Description:

Job Summary: Parsons X is seeking a dynamic and experienced Seller/Doer to join our team. This individual will provide advisory services for Asset Management software, leading clients through the identification, selection, and implementation processes. Post-implementation, the Seller/Doer will offer ongoing support, including yearly assistance with capital planning. The role involves conducting facility condition assessments, developing strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Additionally, this individual will mentor team members, play a key role in recruiting and training new team members, and develop strategies to grow the asset management services practice. As a subject matter expert, the Seller/Doer will provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients, contributing to the overall growth and success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead clients through the identification and selection process for asset management software.

  • Serve as a solution architect during the software implementation phase, including gathering requirements, obtaining consensus from stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with client objectives.

  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, including yearly and capital planning assistance.

  • Conduct facility condition assessments to gather necessary data for asset management.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance service delivery.

  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations to potential clients.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in asset management and digital advisory services, including learning about different asset management software such as IBM Tririga, Archibus, Planon, FM:Systems, etc.

  • Analyze internal Parsons software such as eCOMET to identify opportunities for integration and improvement.

  • Contribute to the growth of the asset management services practice.

  • Mentor team members and provide guidance to help them develop their skills and expertise.

  • Play a key role in recruiting and training new team members to expand the practice.

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the asset management services practice.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for clients, providing insights and recommendations based on industry knowledge and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field experience- 10+ years of related work experience and- a broad general technical and business background

  • 10-15 years experience in facility condition assessments.

  • Experience with asset management software, including IBM Tririga, Archibus, Planon, FM:Systems, etc.

  • Experience with capital planning for clients in higher education, medical, or similar multi-building asset footprints.

  • Previous experience as a Director of Asset Management or in a similar leadership role.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead software implementation projects.

  • Excellent client relationship management skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Salary Range:

$96,400.00 - $168,700.00
