Job Description

Overview

FTI seeks a UI/UX Product Design IT professional to play a key role in the Artificial Intelligence Integration Center (AI2C) working with cross functional program teams to create and update briefings, reports, plans, artifacts, dashboards, and web sites.

You will deliver a modern, intuitive environment where the client will store and access relevant artifacts to make it easy to complete their work on a daily basis. You will provide expertise to the project team to ensure a visually appealing solution is implemented. This is an approximately 4 year project with the possibility to extend.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the project team and stakeholders to design and implement a modern web environment

  • Providing clear documentation of work completed to transition to on-site site owners;

  • Maintain, support, and improve existing website collections and client sites, ensuring reliability, security, and availability;

  • Providing team member support with ad hoc and custom querying, reporting, visualizations, notifications, workflows;

  • Maintaining accessible library of templates for all standard information content capture types;

  • Follow, shepherd, and improve web processes including documentation of requests, enhancements, and issues;

  • Stay informed on and perform ad hoc research of best practices in order to identify and apply best practice improvements.

Education/Qualifications

  • All Candidates Must Be US Citizens and able to be cleared with a Public Trust or Secret US Government Clearance.

  • Prefer a Bachelor's degree or at least Associates degree and progress toward Bachelor's degree

  • Additional certifications in Privacy, Information Assurance, Content Management, Knowledge Management, Business Process Management, Information Modeling a plus.

  • Experience applying best practices to ensure high user satisfaction with website transactions;

  • Experience administering web environments to maintain optimum operations and user satisfaction, and to prevent sprawl, redundancies, and mis-communications;

  • Experience implementing new or custom web components to successful operation including sites, web parts, content types, etc.;

  • Experience establishing effective and compliant user access rules and related user/team/program content structuring to enforce access rules;

  • Experience monitoring user groups and Permissions to ensure compliance with governance standards, and to take actions to maintain or restore compliance;

  • Maintaining web site directories;

  • Experience documenting and tracking progress of initiatives to improve web environments; estimating efforts required with configuring and improvements to web sites, and meeting deadlines for completing assigned responsibilities;

  • Demonstrated ability and experience communicating effectively with all types of stakeholders through verbal discussions, facilitation sessions, white papers, training documents, briefings and presentations.

    Specific Knowledge and Experience - Preferred

  • Building and maintaining content types and site columns

  • Managed Metadata and Term Store

  • Creating and deploying site templates and pages

  • Microsoft Office, + Visio, MS Project;

  • Productivity suite integration with related applications oriented for business or government organization use

  • Search Optimization

  • Responsive designs optimization

  • PowerApps (Forms);

  • Microsoft Teams;

  • SharePoint Online;

  • Project management;

  • Business analysis;

  • Content management;

  • Java Script

  • Fundamental and Associate level certifications preferred
