_SUMMARY:_ The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in the continued development of a creative, aggressive, and organized approach to our Commercial talent acquisition strategy. This is a hybrid position which is supported by internal and external resources. The position offers incredible visibility and accountability while requiring resourcefulness and passion for tackling and solving complex business challenges. The AM Talent Acquisition function is critical service delivery function in a $1B+ multi-national organization. _OBJECTIVES:_ * Partner with the company's hiring managers to execute effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring plans in a timely and consistent fashion while responding effectively to changes of business requirements. * Track, analyze, and develop improvement plans for key talent acquisition processes and metrics to monitor and improve service delivery. * Adhere to an exemplary customer service model for Talent Acquisition services across all parts of the AM business. _DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:_ . Recruit candidates to fill exempt and non-exempt positions across specific, assigned AM business lines (Sales, Installed Sales Solutions, and Corporate), while interacting and supporting parallel efforts supporting our other business segments. . Candidate pipeline generation for active and proposed business needs using standard and creative sourcing techniques and management of all activities through the corporate Applicant Tracking System. . Creates and posts effective job descriptions to various internet sites and uses social media to promote advertised employment opportunities. . Conduct initial screenings and initial interviews (both internal and external) to recruit prospective employees and refer job applicants to specific job openings. . Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral. . Coordinate on-site interviews, evaluation and documentation of interview feedback, as well as completion of all requirements. . Effective collaboration with HR colleagues and processes, insuring effective and seamless on-boarding for successful candidates. KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Assigned internal customers (AM Hiring Managers) Applicants and candidates for employment with AM HR Leadership Team and colleagues EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * 5 plus years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience * Bachelor's degree preferred * Propensity for continuous learning, rapid prototyping and creative problem solving * Demonstrated critical thinking skills and a true sense of urgency * Understanding of social media tools, to include broadcast, engagement, conversion, measurement, and reporting * Understanding of full life-cycle recruiting in a fast paced, high volume environment * Appropriate proficiency of MSOffice tools, internet search techniques, and applicant tracking systems All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
