Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Creative Director to join our Enterprise Proposal Operations (EPO) team-a team focused on crafting winning proposals and other deliverables for new business opportunities across our federal and infrastructure markets.
In this role, you'll champion, lead, and inspire an award-winning multidisciplinary creative team-comprised of design, multimedia, writing, photo, video, and print production professionals-and empower them to bring to life next-level creative outputs that align with our brand vision and business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:
People Management
Leads, develops, and empowers a creative team that generates compelling deliverables in support of winning new business (e.g., proposals, presentations, leave-behinds, and other collateral).
Supervises the work of professional and managerial employees; mentors team members at all levels to support their professional development, and regularly conducts one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and skip-level sessions.
Attracts top talent through hiring, onboarding, and retaining employees; fosters an innovative and forward-looking environment that promotes cross-functional collaboration, teamwork, exceptional customer service, and continuous improvement.
Empowers the team to bring forward new ideas and creative approaches, continuously raising the bar with each deliverable.
Develops and implements strategies to keep employees engaged and motivated, with a focus on supporting a healthy work-life balance and recognizing and rewarding their contributions and achievements.
Plays an active role in managing a large team budget, considering overhead initiatives and billable assignments; proactively manages scope, budget, and resource allocation across multiple efforts.
Partnership and Resourcing
Builds and maintains close relationships across the enterprise to assess business needs and priorities, continuously identifying and implementing improvement opportunities as well as promoting EPO's value proposition.
Drives business strategies and team initiatives that foster growth and cross-sector synergies, improve win rates, fuel innovation, and introduce efficiencies.
Works closely with EPO leadership to evaluate creative resource needs to support pipeline growth; determines the resources required to achieve goals and directs efforts to acquire and retain those resources; diplomatically troubleshoots any issues that may arise.
Supports the Proposal Operations Director/Vice President with the development and reporting of key proposal business metrics, reports, and other deliverables as needed.
In-the-Trenches Support/Creative Excellence
Serves as a creative subject matter expert and advisor on focus and must-win pursuits, providing in-the-trenches support as needed to drive successful outcomes.
Communicates and collaborates with internal leadership and stakeholders to understand their needs, influencing creative direction and strategy to align with business objectives.
Provides clear direction and constructive feedback to teams, ensuring work meets our high standards and aligns with our brand's identity and objectives; ensures consistency and coherence in visual elements across all media and platforms.
Incorporates cutting-edge techniques and technologies to enhance the creative process and output, staying ahead of industry trends.
Leads strategy-driven workshops, such as Creative Labs, solutioning sessions, and other collaborative workshops, to uncover innovative approaches that will differentiate our deliverables from competitors and resonate with our clients/customers.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
U.S. Citizen required
12+ years of related work experience, including leading, coaching, and managing multidisciplinary creative teams toward a shared goal of consistent growth and innovation.
Degree in relevant field (or equivalent); expert in their field, with advanced knowledge of design and creative strategies and solutions across all mediums.
Proven ability to present strategic creative solutions to a range of audiences and feel comfortable influencing others when appropriate.
Demonstrates a growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement; embraces change, pushes through setbacks, seeks feedback, and is motivated by team success.
Ability and willingness to travel ~15% of the year

Salary Range:
$126,600.00 - $227,900.00
This position is eligible for incentive compensation.
