Mythics is looking for 2 remote Senior Java Developers to provide support and/or guidance to entire project team during the design,development, and testing phases.
Bachelor's and/or equivalent work experience
At least 8 years of work experience
Demonstrated proficiency, at an expert level with a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in developing scalable and maintainable J2EE applications within an Oracle 19c web, application, and database tiers.
Expertise in analyzing, executing, and streamlining DevOps practices. Possess the ability to implement and manage CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery) pipeline using tools such as Gitlab, Docker, and Kubernetes
Must possess strong understanding and experience leading development efforts through the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience in establishing and enforcing development standards and best practices.
Ability to develop new and/or modify technical and application architecture for new or existing applications.
Ability to lead project development efforts and mentor other developers of varying skill levels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in web technologies including the following: HTML 5, XML, AJAX,JavaScript, JSP, and other OCIO approved technologies.
Ability to develop application data models and work with existing complex data models and object relational database mappings.
Strong experience utilizing relational databases (Oracle 19) along with Structured
Query Language (SQL) to create and/or maintain queries, routines and stored procedures.
