In this role you will...
Monitor invoice entry processes to ensure compliance and timely entry into our systems
Manage regular payment cycles, optimizing cash flow and ensuring accuracy
Serve as a lead in escalated vendor and internal inquiries, maintaining strong relationships
Monitor and reconcile accounts payable transactions to maintain financial integrity
Enforce financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies
Analyze accounts payable metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
Collaborate on financial audits, providing essential documentation and insights
Participate in enhancing AP (Accounts Payable) systems and technology for improved efficiency
You've got what it takes if you...
Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
Have 3+ years in financial operations, ideally with a focus on Payables
Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including Tables, Pivot Tables, Index-Match, Nested Ifs and Lookups
Knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service) B2B billing, invoicing, and payment processes
Strong analytical skills for financial data analysis and trend identification
Proven track record in process improvement within a financial function
Excellent communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in all financial processes
Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization
Preferably, proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud
Preferably, experience with ServiceNow for efficient inquiry management
