Overview
Audacy is seeking a Manager of Legal Systems & Operations to join our in house legal department team.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Oversee the Audacy Legal Team's Document Management System, iManage, in addition to oversight of onsite physical files.
Own document distribution and collection processes, document organization, etc.
Work with business stakeholders to collect fully executed agreements and retrieve agreements as requested.
Own and assemble data rooms to collect and distribute documents for various transactions (including for example M&A and financings) for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with due diligence and discovery requests (i.e., M&A, litigation, cost analysis projects, etc).
Manage legal systems and licenses for the Audacy legal team.
Manage internal document management reminder system, DocMinder. This includes overseeing the system, creating and closing reminders, following up with business owners on next steps for their contracts.
Partner with IT to resolve any IT issues that affect the legal department either on an individual basis or the team as a whole.
Assist the Real Estate Department on various projects.
Draft Employment Agreements using templates and with attorney oversight.
Partner with Human Resources on employment-related projects.
Manage scheduling and logistics for Audacy Legal department meetings (both in person and virtually).
Process settlement agreement payments with the Accounts Payable Department.
Oversight of incoming and outgoing mail, FedEx, etc.
Manage Legal Specialist(s).
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Ability to work independently.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace environment.
Exceptional initiative, judgment, prioritizing and organizational skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail and PowerPoint.
Experience with document management systems is a plus, but not required.
Prior personnel management experience is preferred.
4 years full time previous work experience required; Law firm or in-house legal department experience preferred.
Ability to commute to our offices in Center City PA at least 3 days a week and as needed.
