eProcurement Integration Specialist - Digital Commerce
The eProcurement Integration Specialist will manage integration projects with Ferguson B2B customers from project kick-off through launch following the B2B integration lifecycle. Success will require a strategy for execution viewed through the lens of the customer (internal and external) and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role will deliver value for customers and partners by gathering requirements and managing project scope and timelines. This associate will drive efficiencies to reduce operational costs for associates and customers and continuously improve B2B Digital Commerce integrations.
This is a hybrid role based out of Newport News, VA, in accordance with the Ferguson Flex Schedule; 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
Responsibilities include:
Manage integration projects and end-to-end customer engagements including planning, prioritization and execution (setup, test, launch, support)
Lead partner integration and onboarding efforts with internal teams and customers
Ensure customer satisfaction, project timelines, accuracy, and efficiency in project completion
Coordinate all aspects of the project, working closely with the customer and internal project team to manage the onboarding process for solution portfolio (EDI, cXML, API, PunchOut, etc.)
Organize and lead project meetings to review activities, establish deadlines and deliver the project within the project's timeline
Engage and communicate regularly with partners, customers, and vendors on project status and to answer questions regarding setup and configuration
Develop and maintain strong relationships with a wide variety of internal and external customers
Work with a wide range of collaborators and drive projects forward from start to finish
Work with partners to optimize the efficiency of solutions and maintain integration usage and sales volume
Follow quality control processes for implementations to ensure efficiency, scalability, and adoption of solutions
In partnership with IT, provide post launch technical support and assistance to ensure efficient flow and effectiveness of the eProcurement process
Provide product-related demos to new and existing customers
Explore ways to integrate Ferguson eCommerce systems with B2B customers' eProcurement solutions to create seamless transactions that drive efficiency for all.
Preferred Qualifications
4-year college degree or equivalent; applicable work experience may be substituted for education requirements
Technical understanding of eProcurement and integration technologies (Hosted and PunchOut catalogs, document automation with EDI, cXML, API)
Experience working with eProcurement solutions such as Ariba, Coupa, OpsTechnology, Yardi, etc., a plus
Strong Project Management skills
Ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and produce accurate project tracking
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsStrong knowledge of
Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

$3,375.00 - $7,333.70
