The delivery manager is familiar and knowledgeable about the Digital products they are supporting and develops strong relationships with the Product Manager(s) they support to get product delivered in a timely manner with high quality. The delivery manager is also a team process coach (Scrum master, Agile Coach) responsible for process health results (the quality of collaboration across the whole team, the removal of impediments that slow down the team, and the coaching and improvement of everyone on the team). The Delivery Manager is also responsible for managing releases in a way that that merge features from potentially multiple Product Managers to optimize the end results.
