The primary responsibility of a Call Center Agent is to secure and schedule estimate appointments and tows for the Franchisees. People who excel in this role are able to balance customer service with persuasive communication techniques to capture appointments and drive network referrals.
Accountable for securing estimate appointment and/or repair appointment from insurance referrals and lead generations programs
Function as an expeditor of claims referrals and client escalations
Review, obtain, and/or confirm customer information as required by the Insurer and effectively schedule an appointment with the designated collision repair facility
Keep up-to-date on shop preferences, carrier requests, and provide updates as required and within deadlines utilizing internal and external systems
Provide customers with general information on what to expect during the repair experience as to manage customer expectations
Meeting set team and individual targets
Effective utilization of all system tools and resources
Proper documentation and communication
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Capacity to manage multiple priorities and projects on tight timelines
Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations
Required to work some varying shifts including evenings and weekends
