Business Aanalyst III Remote: EST time zone preferred -At this time, Anthem will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.-
Build the Possibilities. Make an extraordinary impact. Responsible for serving as the liaison between the business and IT in translating complex business needs into application software. Critical role includes the validation /comparison of system code and tool testing process. Review/audit digitization tools to ensure data accuracy. Responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and process improvements through digitization. Leads efforts to identify best practices. Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required. Conducts benefit analyses and supports for business change throughout the unit. Documentation, Automation, Reporting and Trainig Medicare Medicaid support team. This BA III will focus the automation.
How you will make an impact:
Assures the quality integrety of data presented to client.
Analyzes complex end user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
Determines specific business application software requirements to address complex business needs.
Develops project plans and identifies and coordinates resources, involving those outside the unit.
Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
Acts as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues.
May provide direction and guidance to team members and serves as an expert for the team.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years business analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Facets experience is required.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.
Experience with SQL, Visio, Access, Excel preferred.
