This includes collaboration regarding product selection, visual merchandising, advertising, inventory levels, warranty, and returns. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, excellent communicator and have a willingness to learn and grow with the company, as well as demonstrate superior leadership and negotiation skills.Essential Job FunctionsAssist Product Managers with product line analysis to maximize profitability for both showroom and backroom products.Collaboratively create ad schedules including content, pricing and length of promotion.Coordinate with internal and external customers to execute merchandise and supply chain projects.Ongoing market research to understand and address competitive programs.Serve as the main point of contact regarding product management.Manage designated product lines, making product and supplier recommendations.Monitor product quality through warranty review and continuous improvement processes.Skills and QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or Finance desired.Previous experience in the automotive aftermarket and strong automotive knowledge preferred.Strong analytical, and excellent mathematical skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Willingness to continue product knowledge training.This is a full-time opportunity; Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
