Qualifications:
Bachelors' degree in business administration or related field.
5+ years senior leadership role in the appropriate field.
Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Proficiency in P&L experience required
Proficient in group training, presentations and public speaking
Ability to provide sales and marketing leadership
Excellent communications skills with all levels (crew to ownership)
The Director of Operations will have four areas of focus:
Training: Immersing him/herself into the daily operations of the business to understand our model from the inside out. Months 1-2.
KPI Management: Store-level engagement that drives operational excellence within each store. Our key KPI's are car count growth and premium oils
Customer Service & Quality Control: Ensure consistent quality and ensure all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
Operations: Manage a team of District Managers representing 50+ stores
Responsibilities:
Execution of the company's business strategies
Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement.
Drive positive performance in, Sales, Customer Growth, and Customer Service
Coaching, observing, evaluating, analyzing and training all aspects of the playbook
Ability to hire high potential talent that will uphold the company goals and values
Building strong teams that foster a culture a of operational excellence
Field travel (approximately 60%)
Work to achieve results by leveraging relationships with cross functional teams
