Responsibilities (80% Core Essential Functions)
Ensure assembly lines are stocked at point of use.
Assist Shipping Receiving coordinators with putting away received components in the appropriate warehouse, expense bank or point of use location.
Maintain Kanban cards as parts are received and put away.
Communicate with materials coordinators or management any upcoming component shortages
Empty cardboard bailers as needed.
Adherence to safety standards including, but not limited to, forklift inspection/maintenance, work-area housekeeping, and safe loading/unloading of semi- trailers and storage racks
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout workday
Responsibilities (20% Department-specific Core Essential Functions)
Keep expense banks, warehouse locations, and point of use racks clean and organized
Pick service components / IDO parts, package and deliver to shipping
Communicates effectively/ utilizes teamwork with appropriate cross-functional personnel, including management, accounting, purchasing, assembly, etc.

Preferred Qualifications
Forklift certification
Understanding of Kan Ban/ 2 bin system and differentiation of expense items compared to inventory parts
