Job Description:
L3Harris Corporate Headquarters is seeking a talented Engineering professional to transform new L3Harris businesses to the SAP ERP system, which will interoperate with PLM. The Engineering workstream manages the development, release, and change management of Parts, Documents, Approved Manufacturers Lists (AMLs), and Bills-of-Materials (BOMs). This position requires an understanding of Engineering data and processes, and how they relate to procurement, manufacturing, quality, and other ERP processes.
Essential Functions:
Work with Engineering teams at L3Harris businesses to plan data and process transformation.
Develop specifications and test scenarios and scripts to ensure data is migrated from legacy to new systems.
Ensure business processes within the new ERP system meets the businesses requirements.
Conduct business process change impact analysis, ensure standardized Engineering/ERP business processes across migrating L3Harris businesses.
Review training plans and training materials.
Conduct regular team meetings, track data and process issues to closure.
Support ERP change management and go-live preparations for Engineering.
Coordinate and provide Engineering 'hypercare' and post go-live support.
Support Executive level briefings of Engineering program/deployment status to Corporate Headquarters and business leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with 6 years prior experience or Graduate Degree with 4 years prior related experience. In lieu of degree, minimum of 10 years prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Broad expertise in PLM, product strategy, product data management, hardware Engineering development practices, and configuration management
PLM (Teamcenter preferred) and/or ERP (SAP/S4 preferred) experience
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and organizational skills
In depth understanding of Engineering development practices
SQL proficiency
Experience using bug tracking systems (Jira)

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado and New York State is $75,500 - $140,500. For California and New York City, the salary range for this role is $86,500 - $160,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
