Job Description

Manage all aspects of the assigned account within the ITW Global Brands portfolio. Develop and implement innovative sales programs and introduce new products within account assignment. Develop and implement plans to deliver strong organic growth. Maintain, grow, and develop strong customer relationships. Manage allotted budget within assigned parameters.

The job involves selling the full portfolio of the assigned account for ITW Global Brands organization within the ITW Automotive Aftermarket Group, which includes Car Care, Global Tire Repair, Permatex and Body Repair. Brands include Rain-X, Fix-a-Flat, Slime, Permatex, Fast Orange, Gumout, Black Magic and Evercoat.

  • Responsible for Customer(s) product, price, and brand strategy.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to profitably grow all assigned brands.

  • Implement comprehensive retail sales and marketing programs.

  • Analyze sales trends, manage sales forecast, and manage sales pipeline/opportunities

  • Coordinate and manage retail planograms and off-shelf displays to effectively optimize sales growth.

  • Evaluate competitive products, pricing, promotions, and sales strategies.

  • Ensure inventory forecasts and SD&A spends are accurate and in place.

  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing and Brand Management on product pricing, promotions, advertising, and new product introductions.

  • Assist in the development of targeted national and regional media campaigns and promotions.

  • Control annual assigned promotional budget.

  • Support Inclusivity & Diversity goals within the organization

  • Provide talent development plans for direct reports and career coaching when applicable

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university required.

  • 3 to 5 years of previous sales experience minimum

  • Strong Experience within the Automotive Aftermarket- Auto Retail preferred.

  • Strong customer focus, communication, decision-making and influencing skills.

  • Proficiency in computer business programs - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a team environment is essential.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Up to 35% travel time (depending on location)
