CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Leads, coaches, mentors, and develos team of Sales Professionals
Delivers on revenue/customer growth targets
Aligns objectives of team with Organizational Goals and Objectives; objectives for assigned unit/area defined by upper management
Exemplifies Evoqua's Growth Enabling Behaviors and leverages those to foster a high performing team
Provides accurate Sales Forecasting data
Responsible for a smaller number of direct reports; hires, fires, conducts performance appraisals and pay reviews, in conjunction with more senior leaders
Other duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
FORMAL EDUCATION: (GENERALLY, IF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE, THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THREE YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE FOR EVERY ONE YEAR OF COLLEGE EDUCATION REQUIRED) Required: High School Diploma of equivalent Up to 5 years of sales experience or other applicable industry experience Preferred: BS/BA preferred 2.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required :
Strong communication skills
Intra-departmental communication for purpose of alignment/information sharing
Ability to manage activities of team including Inside Sales Representatives and Sales Process Specialists (typically up to 6 Sales Professionals)
Ability to continue to carry own Sales Targets
Broad knowledge of the field with demonstrated leadership skills
Developing understanding of Sales Leadership techniques
Ability/latitude to make decisions to achieve defined goals
Must have an acceptable driving record to be insurable to drive for company business
Basic understanding of ERP and CRM systems
Fluency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Salary range:
$70,500.00 - $126,500.00
