Job Description
AECOM's Risk Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated Risk Management Analyst based out of the New York, NY office to implement project and program risk management processes and execute quantitative risk assessments. AECOM builds the future by investing, planning, designing, and constructing the world's critical infrastructure. The delivery of infrastructure assets is more complex than ever, and AECOM's Risk Consultancy takes a holistic approach to address the important challenges our clients face. From pre-feasibility to close-out, we support successful delivery of our client's projects and programs.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Review project documents and analyze project data, to develop risk profiles and risk registers for projects and programs,
Prepare and update the project risk registers; ensuring the quality, timeliness, and completeness of the information captured in the project risk register
Develop quantitative integrated cost and schedule risk models to support the informed decision making of a project and program,
Support facilitating cross functional risk workshops with project stakeholders including project, commercial, technical, and legal project professionals for asset classes including public transit, hospitality, healthcare, energy transmission and generation, water, and transportation.
Prepare interdisciplinary discussions to develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure risk mitigation strategies are effectively implemented.
Issue risk management reports and presentations.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Finance internship experience is preferred
Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Economics, Statistics, or related technical field.
Understanding of construction management fundamentals, project scheduling, cost estimating and project controls.
Familiarity with Monte Carlo simulation and any experience with applicable software, such as @Risk, Primavera P6, and/or Crystal Ball, is a plus.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $65,000.00 - $98,000.00.
