Overview
Audacy Baltimore is looking for a detailed and organized person to join the Kramer & Jess show on Mix 106-5. The ideal person will be a true Jill or Jack of all trades, mostly happy behind the scenes helping the hosts shine, but also able to step into the spotlight and shine with them when needed, while handling several roles central to the show.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
You will be:
Creative Mind: Kramer & Jess do personality and people-intensive benchmarks every day. You will help brainstorm and/or create great story and plot lines to generate audience engagement and reaction.
Production Capable: Every day you'll be responsible for gathering audio, editing, and uploading to our -show highlights- podcast channel. Every week, you'll do the same for the weekly unique podcast.
Show Director: You'll need to help keep the show -on task- whether it's in- show or after-show content, appearances, interviews, guests. You'll also be in-studio screening calls and editing for air.
A Planner: Look for opportunities to grow the show public-facing or internally, and work with Kramer & Jess to plan out important show dates, content, appearances, and more.
