Description:
Caterpillar has an exciting opportunity for an individual with financial experience who wants to be challenged. We're looking for an Accounting Manager to join our team.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Support the the leadership team with monthly reporting and financial analysis
Support short-term and long-term forecasting and planning processed to measure success towards goals and commitments
Prepare and present results and metrics to drive accountability and results
Support of ad hoc requests and special projects
What You Have:
Bachelor's degree within Accounting, Finance, or related area
5+ years of financial experience, preferably within a large and/or multinational corporation
Strong communication skills and intellectual curiosity
Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills
Initiative, leadership, good judgement, effective organization skills, and accountability
Ability to resolve issues independently
