Management Analyst
KBR's Defense Systems Engineering, Naval Solutions Division is seeking a Management Analyst to support our work at St. Inigoes on the ACS Hardware program to support business management, financial management, program scheduling, milestone tracking, critical path analyses, and other related activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ACS hardware team integrates, tests, evaluates, installs, maintains, configures, and manages Area Control Systems (ACS) equipment for our Navy client. In this role, you will assist with contract deliverables, employee onboarding, financial planning, purchasing/acquisition, and task tracking. This position requires daily interaction with KBR ACS Hardware team members and Government customer representatives. Travel: The person in this position will be required to travel up to 15 percent of the time.
The ideal candidate is proficient in Government contract administrative tasking and is organized and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Citizenship & Clearance: Must be a US Citizen with a DoD Secret Clearance, or have the ability to obtain and maintain.
Education & Years of Experience: A bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) and 3(+) years of experience performing management analyst functions or an associate's degree and 7(+) years of experience performing management analyst functions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience onboarding and offboarding of personnel in a DoD environment. Experience facilitating personnel clearance and system access documentation. Experience setting up personnel for project charge authorization. Experience tracking of personnel training. Experience with creating and completing personnel travel authorizations. Experience with materials pricing and sourcing and processing of acquisition paperwork. Experience creating and tracking of Government contract deliverables.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week
Compensation: $75,000-$112,750. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance. #LI-ML2
