Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Transportation and Distribution Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. Responsibilities You will plan, assess, evaluate, recommend, and support improvements to the activities' current and projected facility requirements to include for space utilization, communication/office equipment, physical and operational security. You will coordinate and support the Transportation and Distribution Department management on facility improvement projects. You will assist the command visit control office with visit requests and security clearance requirements. You will assist the Physical Property Accountability manager with tracking all physical property and compare to system reports. You will assist with wall-to-wall inventory once a quarter and report missing physical property and dispose of antiquated equipment. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing a broad spectrum of facilities management and property accountability operations. Examples of specialized experience should include some or all of the following. 1) Assisting with coordinating the design, preparation, and implementation of office layouts while following regulations, space accessibility and storage utilization; 2) Maintaining an office visitor database and a visitor system; 3) Aiding with data collection (i.e. surveys, interviews, literature search, flow charting, records review, comparative analysis and statistical analysis) to perform assignments, identify problems, and recommend solutions; 4) Assisting with counting inventory to report missing equipment; 5) Tracking the movement of equipment.
